BusinessMailer is a branded transactional email platform built for small businesses, freelancers and independent operators who need their customer communications to look as professional as those from a large enterprise — without the complexity or the price tag.
What we do
We give you a clean, notification-style email builder, a set of production-grade templates, and a verified sending infrastructure so your messages land in the inbox instead of the spam folder. Every email is rendered with your logo, your sender name, and your chosen domain identity.
Branded email sending
Choose from multiple verified domains (businessmailer.org and paypalbusiness.live) with role addresses like inbox@, support@ and noreply@. Prefer your own identity? Own a custom sender under one of our domains for 28 days, or connect your own Gmail or SMTP mailbox and send from there.
Connected email accounts
Bring your own inbox. Connect Gmail through Google OAuth in one click, or add any SMTP provider (Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud, Zoho, ProtonMail, custom) with an app password. Credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-GCM and only decrypted server-side to send a message you initiated.
AI assistant integrations
BusinessMailer ships a full Model Context Protocol (MCP) server so you can operate your account from ChatGPT, Claude, or any MCP-compatible assistant. Ask your assistant to draft, refine, and send an email — every action is logged to your AI Activity page for a full audit trail. Optional AI features inside the app can refine subjects, summarize messages, and automatically optimize copy for inbox placement.
Analytics and controls
Every send is logged with recipient, subject, sender identity, and delivery status. A built-in deliverability analyzer scores each email before you send and rewrites risky wording on request. Abuse monitoring, daily quotas and suspicious-activity reporting keep the platform's reputation clean for everyone.
Security
- TLS in transit; AES-GCM encryption for sensitive credentials at rest.
- Row-Level Security on every user-owned table.
- Idle-session timeout after 20 minutes of inactivity.
- Optional leaked-password check against the Have I Been Pwned database at signup.
- OAuth 2.1 authorization server for AI assistant connections, with per-tool audit logging and one-click revocation.
Pricing
A single ₦5,000 subscription unlocks the platform for 4 weeks and includes 6 branded sends per day. Need more? Top-ups add 6 additional sends for ₦3,000 (24-hour window). Premium sender ownership is ₦5,000 per 28-day period.
